Campground Comments and Reviews:

  • Too hard
  • Beautiful spot with exceptional views. Moderit climb for a. Ice day hike.
  • Great hike, the last 1/3 after the creek starting with hoodoos was the most challenging and pretty difficult to descent due to the rock chips covering the trail; took us about 4 1/2 hrs in and 4 hrs out with gear for cold rainy overnight stay and dozens of stops too take pictures. On a sunny day make sure you are protected well - sun was scorching.
  • The trail is in good condition and the views are spectacular as always.
  • Excellent hike. 5hrs in & out not bad for a 71 yr non hiker. Went swimming and sat in the sun and admired the lake alone.
  • Very hard hike, but definitely worth it.
  • Beautiful hike but you need to be in good shape.
  • Nice trail and a great destination but a real grind with 800m elevation gain.
  • We actually started up Tuff Puff and made it 3/4 until we saw a bear feeding on the slope where our trail was ahead. We watched him from afar and decided not to disturb him and then headed down. Fantastic scenery. We will return another time. July 6 2012
