Description

Trailhead: Located at the Red Rock Canyon parking lot in Waterton National Park.

Description: The falls are best viewed early spring during runoff. You may find the wooden walkways, stairs and platforms more impressive than the falls. If you’re staying at the Crandell Campground, Blackiston Falls and Red Rock Canyon make for nice evening walks. This trail is part of the South Kootenay Pass trail leading towards Lone, Lost and Twin Lakes. It’s not uncommon to pass horse outfitters and back packers along the way. Expect hoards of people here during the summer months. You Are In Bear Country
